What difference between led neon signs and traditional style neon signs?
Yes, led neon is better than the traditional neon.
Our led neon sign contains hundreds of little led's in a food-grade silicone shell to creates the appearance of neon. Led neon is brighter, low energy efficient and long lifespan. You can control the lights to show amazing scenes with our dimmer!
The traditional neon has softer glow but tubes easy break, heat when working.

Can I use led neon signs outdoors?
Yes, we can produce waterproof neon signs for outdoors events and outdoor permanent installation.
If you need for outdoors, please specify your application when submit the custom order or choose it direct on our custom sign product page.
How long will it take to get my order?
For normal order, production time: 3-4 business days; deliver time: 6-8 business days.
If custom order complicated, may take more time to create.
All neon signs are made to order by hand, we pay attention for details.

Can I get a faster shipping for urgent even?
Sure. We can product the fast order in 2-3 business days and faster shipping over-world. Just need to pay an extra cost.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Normally ship by DHL, FedEx.
Installation
Is the neon signs easy to install?
Neon signs come ready to use.
Our neon signs mounted on an high quality acrylic backing, easy to hang.
Package come with suitable power adapte with switch, plug, installation accessories like screws, chains etc.
What’s the length of the power cord?
The power cord from the neon sign is 2 meters (6.5ft), double-end power supply, when one end is damage and the other end can still work.
How safe are led neon signs?
Our led neon signs can be safely touched when it glowing.
Only 12v so run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon. With low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours glowing. You can install the neon signs when it working.
Payment
What's the payment methods?
Pay by credit card or PayPal are available.
You can submit your custom order in our shop and check out to pay. Or we can send you an invoice to pay.
Is there any refund policy?
Yes, we will provide refund for error order.
Attention: We are unable to offer refunds for custom signs currently as each sign is custom made!
However, if there is any fault of your sign within the warranty period, we will fix it for you completely free of charge.

How long is your product warranty?
We offer one year warranty for the led neon sign.
During the warranty time, if any quality problem we will repair it or even replace a new for you.
Will you do quality inspection?
All the neon sign will make 100% strict quality testing before delivery. All you got is after QC passed products.
How long can the led neon signs last? Does it require any maintenance?
The lifetime of led neon lasts around 50,000+ hours, can be used for 10-15 years.
This is about 3 times longer lifespan than the traditional gas neon signs.
Led is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.

Does neon work requires a minimum size?
Yes, the minimum luminous size is 4cm(1.57''). The custom signs dimension depend on your design or text quantity.
